hahaha...aku nk share satu menda lagi dengan u guys...selain kulit muka nk nmpak licin gebu...belakang badan pon nk nmpak cantik n licin gak kan...dulu badan aku ader ruam .n kdg2 jerawat la tumbuh kat belakang bdn..wat malu jek kan..

punca kenapa ader ruam belakang badan?
sebab syampoo tu x kena ngan jenis kulit hang..kang kita mandi bantai jirus air syampoo tu kat badan kita...air lebihan syampoo tu yg wat badan kita leh ruam tue..so skunk ne nk syampoo rambut,aku akan turunkan air dengan tundukkan kepala..so jerawat da stop..

cemaner nk ilangkan parut ruam tu plak?
kena la rajin pakai body scrub...aku da pakai bermcam2 scrub...dulu aku suka pakai palmolive yg spa tue(kaler hijau biru)..then tukar mustica ratu scrub...aku pakai yg milk punyer...tp skunk ne brand tu da xder...bak kata aku x penah stick la guna pd 1 produk jek..smpai  aku try pakai elianto body scrub (green tea)http://elianto.biz/...first time pakai..mmg best...macam ilang sumer daki2 kat badan..skunk ne kesan2 ruam tu ilang da kat badan aku...tp xder la korang pakai terus ilang..aku da pakai 3-4 botol gak la...botol dier x beso..leh la tahan utk sebulan...aku guna jimat cermat woo..budget la katakan...

heheh...aku dari kecik pakai safi...dari form 3 sampai la abes grade utm..mmg la muka aku licin...gebu jek gitu..murah pon murah...tp cuma nmpak brminyak la kalu pakai..kalu org kulit brminyak x sesuai la nk pakai...then muka aku da bintik hitam kuar...x manyak tp bisa mencacatkan pandangan...kalu sekali imbas ngok,kira licin muka ne..tp aku x suka laaa..so aku try nk tuko produk yg x der sgt bahan kimia ne...so carik nyer carik..aku mcm da suka jek kat clarins...xder bahan kimia...cuma harga dier agak mahal la...mmg mahai pon utk org mcm aku ne...aku x tao la jenama lain tp clarins ader member card...accumulate point dapat hadiah...rm100 harga barang ..korang dapat 1000 points..n hadiah dier best2 ..aku pon da dapat da...so far da pakai produk clarins..muka aku brtambah licin n gebu..aku mek yg whitening...tp kalu nk di comparekan ngan produk lain,clarins ne x bg kesan serta merta...macam ader produk lain leh nmpak seminggu dua..clarin ne kena mek masa sebulan gak baru nmpak hasil..mgkin sbb natural igredients yg clarins pakai...apepon aku mmg suka pada clarins..aku pakai cleansing milk(pakai sebelum nk cuci muka)...whitening milk toner....whitening serum essence....last skali day lotion....aku paling suka pakai toner dier..mmg best...cuma night cream aku x beli lagi...nnti la tunggu gaji ne..insyaAllah..aku akan mjadi pengguna setia clarins...

pe maksud kaya yg korang tahu...bagi aku..kaya bukanlah dari sudut wang ringgit tp kesihatan tubuh badan kita..sebab kesihatan ne x boleh dibeli dari wang ringgit wei...falsafah ini aku belajo dari pengalaman aku sndiri selepas menjalani kehidupan selama 27 tahun ne(eh ye ke)...tuanyer aku...kita kaya manapon ..duit berkepul2 kat bank....kat emas..tp x kemana kalu kita sakit...x payah manyak aaa..ckp sakit gigi jek..ice cream yg paling best pon korang x dpt makan..korang hanye leh ngok jek...uwaaaaaa..sadisnye....2 la yg aku penah raser ..sob2...sejak2 da kawen ne..manyak gak yg aku blajo dari hubby aku...dier sokmo amalkan pemakanan n cara yg sehat..so aku blajo sket2 dari dier gak la..so skunk ne habit yg pertama aku nk ubah adalah minum susu..aku adalah seorang pembenci susu...tp mulai ahad lepas aku da start mnum susu 2x sehari(pg n malam)...tp susu yg aku leh mnum hanyalah susu HL...hihihi...biler baca label dier..manyak woo kebaikan dier...harga susu HL ne agak mahai gak la bg aku..so aku kena budget..(satu kotak=rm6) so aku plan mnum 2 kotak seminggu(rm12) so sebulan akan memerlukan RM 50....Xkan la xbleh kot...hihihi...susu ne manyak perisa..tp aku pilih susu la...tekak aku hanya leh mnum susu ne jek..yg lain mntak mangap..so sesape yg bencikan susu..leh la try mnum susu ne..TIRU MACAM AKU..lalalalala~aim hidup yg sihat.kerana sehat tu adalah kaya~noted

aku sowang pompuan yg sgt3 menitikberatkan kecantikan body...coz i love my body..aku suka body yg solid tp nmpak montok..heheh...that me:)....since now i already get my ideal weight....tp aku masih blom dptkan agi body idaman aku since semalam aku pakai baju mak andam tue x muat tue...sedey giler aku...uwaaaa....tp pagi ne aku baru realised, yg sebenanya kalu diet makan jek mmg akan lost weight tp susah nk dpt ptongan bdn yg kita idamkan...so guna krim pon x betui coz ader side effetc bile aku tua nnti...so at last...heheh....dgn cara senaman...yup...start from today aku akan senam..selama ne aku senam gak tp jogging jek la semata2....tp skunk ne kalu aku nk kurangkan peha aku yg besa la gak..aku kena wat senaman yg leh kecikkan peha aku ne...errmm..aku nk dpt body idaman aku..so aku msti usaha keras...tue la aja namanya...ALWAYS WANT THE BEST!!!!

apa maksud immunity???
When you have an immunity to something, it means that your body can fight that disease or infection without you knowing it.

first af all, as we know breast is one of women important asset...we could saw a lot of medicine,cream, pill and surgery to keep this one asset fit and firm....people too obsesses for that until they didn't realise the bad effect later...so i would like to do some reseach as me too wanna keep the asset will look firm and fit...heheh...the best way is do exercise...here are some exercise that we can try but the to get the best result is by swimming but since i can't swim so here are the other method...gud luck AJA!!!




Exercise 1 Pressure
Applying pressure is the simplest exercise for your bust. Stand tall facing the wall, lean against it with your hands. Press against the wall as hard as you can, as if you want to move it, keep on pushing for 10 seconds. Relax, shake your hands. Do a set of 10 repetitions.


Exercise 2 Elbows Touch
Stand tall, bend your hands slightly in the elbows, keep your hands on your hips. Try to touch your elbows one to the other behind your back, do not do it in jerks, but rather do it slowly, stretching the muscles for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 8 times.

Exercise 3 Palms Pressing
The next exercise for beautiful breasts is as follows: join your palms in front of the chest and press them hard against each other for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 8-10 times.


Exercise 4 “Dry” Breast-Stroke
If you can not go to a swimming pool, do this effective exercise to improve the tone of your breast. Stand tall, nestle up to the wall, squeeze the pectoral muscles and make movements, as if you are breast-stroke swimming. Do a hundred slow strokes, keep your pectoral muscles tense all the time.

Finishing Exercises with Posture Exercise
The best way to finish this set of exercises for your bust is to do an exercise which targets your posture. Take a thick book, put it on your head and walk around the house for a few minutes like that, trying to keep it on your crown. This will help you relax the muscles effectively and give them the needed working tone. If you can not walk like that, at least try standing with the book on your head. You can hold on to a chair or the wall, but do not lean against the wall

Push Ups: They're not fancy, sexy, or cutting edge, and they don't require trendy equipment, but they're still among the best chest workouts around: push ups. Whether you do the traditional style, the "girl" version with bent knees, or a standing against the wall version, push ups use your bodyweight as resistance to strengthen the chest.





Pec Fly: If you work out at the gym, the pec fly machine is excellent for toning and lifting the breasts. At home, you can get the same results with a pair of dumbbells. Simply sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor, about shoulder width apart. Holding one dumbbell in each hand, raise arms to shoulder level with elbows bent. Push arms up and away from the body. Return to starting position.





Short Range Chest Fly: Again, sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, spread arms to each side, level with your shoulders. Continuing to hold arms at shoulder height, bend elbows and bring wrists toward your chest. Hold about 2 seconds before returning to the starting position








(Because women's breasts are made up mostly of Adipose (fatty) tissue, and contain no muscle, exercise alone will not change their size or shape directly. However by working the largest muscle in the chest, pectoralis major, you can help support the breasts and hold them up higher. If performing the exercise in the gym, I would say the Incline Dumbbell Bench press is the most effective. The same exercise can be performed at home on a Swiss Ball. )
