When you have an immunity to something, it means that your body can fight that disease or infection without you knowing it.
When you get sick, your body is fighting off a disease and you feel symptoms depending on what that illness is.
Being immune to a disease means that your body is able to kill the germs without causing any symptoms.
Carrots
Ever wonder why Bugs Bunny almost never gets sick? It’s probably because of all the carrots he’s eating. This vegetable has tons of beta carotene—a strong phytonutrient that increases the production of infection-fighting cells in our immune systems. It is best to eat carrots fresh and raw. Instead of snacking on a candy bar, try to eat some baby carrots instead.
Oysters
Aside from providing benefits for your libido, oysters are also an excellent source of zinc. This element is crucial for cells to function and it is one of the best in terms of boosting our immune systems. Just always remember that as with all things, too much zinc will also have some negative side effects on your body. Try to limit yourself to one serving of oysters every now and again.
Garlic
The thiosulfinates, aioene, and allicin found in garlic are powerful compounds that facilitate in the body’s battle against infections. Be wary of consuming too much garlic as you definitely don’t want to end up smell like garlic bread. Adding some fresh ones to your pasta sauce should suffice.
Yogurt
It is a fact that our bodies also need certain types of bacteria to function effectively. An example of which would be lactobacillus acidophilus—a substance present in yogurt. This bacteria helps the body digest food by producing lactic acids. Eat low-fat yogurts that have live bacterial cultures to ensure that you’re taking in as much nutrients as possible.

Natural resources
-make sure your body have enough nutrients. To prevent your hair loss and help looking your hair healthier zinc, protein and other natural resources are used. In order to make sure that your hair stays thicker and healthier maintaining a balanced diet will also help.
Cleanliness of your hair loss
- You should not wash your hair less than once a week, although it is recommended that not wash your hair more than once a day. With the proper washings it will allow the dirt and oils to come out of the hair.
Don't style your hair negatively
-Another way to help prevent hair loss is to make sure that you don't style it in a way that will influence it negatively. For instance, blow-drying your hair is identified to affect the cuticles that defend the hair.
Different products
-The different kinds of products that you are putting in your hair are another consideration. Some of the hair products will contain extra chemicals that can be harmful while most hair products that are used for dying hair are known to be safe.
Balance with nutrients and cosmetics
-When looking into ways to care for your hair, it is vital to keep your hair balanced cosmetically as well as with nutrients.
Hair loss preventive treatment
-Hair loss happening is the common notice you observe when you become older. Natural changes occur in the body are one of the reasons for this.
Your hair ultimately reflects the overall condition of your body. If your body is healthy and well-nourished, your hair will be your shining glory. If you are having any health problems or suffering from any nutritional deficiencies, your hair may stop growing or show damage or become brittle. If your body is in good health, you can maximize your genetic growth cycle through taking the proper blend of amino acids and B-vitamins.
It is also important to include B-6, biotin, inositol and folic acid in the supplemental program.
It has been found that certain minerals including magnesium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also very important toward maintaining healthy hair.
Beta-carotene is also important to hair growth. This is so because beta-carotene is converted to vitamin A as the body needs it, helps maintain normal growth and bone development, protective sheathing around nerve fibers, as well as promoting healthy skin, hair and nails.Besides making lifestyle changes, taking the following supplements every day is recommended to boost your hair growth:
Vitamin B-complex - 50 mg. of the major B-vitamins (including folate, biotin and inositol) Vitamin B-6 - 50 mg. of vitamin B-6 Vitamin C with bioflavonoids - one to two grams daily
Vitamin E - 400 to 800 IU dailyBeta-Carotene - 10,000 to 15,000 IU of beta-carotene daily
One recommended daily dose of magnesium, sulfur, zinc Flaxseed oil - one tbsp daily or one tablet Beta-Carotene - 10,000 to 15,000 IU of beta-carotene daily

Make Your Breasts Beautiful with Exercises
0 comments Posted by nouriyuko at Wednesday, August 26, 2009chest fly
push up
Applying pressure is the simplest exercise for your bust. Stand tall facing the wall, lean against it with your hands. Press against the wall as hard as you can, as if you want to move it, keep on pushing for 10 seconds. Relax, shake your hands. Do a set of 10 repetitions.
Exercise 2 Elbows Touch
Stand tall, bend your hands slightly in the elbows, keep your hands on your hips. Try to touch your elbows one to the other behind your back, do not do it in jerks, but rather do it slowly, stretching the muscles for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 8 times.
Exercise 3 Palms Pressing
The next exercise for beautiful breasts is as follows: join your palms in front of the chest and press them hard against each other for 3-5 seconds. Repeat 8-10 times.
Exercise 4 “Dry” Breast-Stroke
If you can not go to a swimming pool, do this effective exercise to improve the tone of your breast. Stand tall, nestle up to the wall, squeeze the pectoral muscles and make movements, as if you are breast-stroke swimming. Do a hundred slow strokes, keep your pectoral muscles tense all the time.
Finishing Exercises with Posture Exercise
The best way to finish this set of exercises for your bust is to do an exercise which targets your posture. Take a thick book, put it on your head and walk around the house for a few minutes like that, trying to keep it on your crown. This will help you relax the muscles effectively and give them the needed working tone. If you can not walk like that, at least try standing with the book on your head. You can hold on to a chair or the wall, but do not lean against the wall
Push Ups: They're not fancy, sexy, or cutting edge, and they don't require trendy equipment, but they're still among the best chest workouts around: push ups. Whether you do the traditional style, the "girl" version with bent knees, or a standing against the wall version, push ups use your bodyweight as resistance to strengthen the chest.
Pec Fly: If you work out at the gym, the pec fly machine is excellent for toning and lifting the breasts. At home, you can get the same results with a pair of dumbbells. Simply sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor, about shoulder width apart. Holding one dumbbell in each hand, raise arms to shoulder level with elbows bent. Push arms up and away from the body. Return to starting position.
Short Range Chest Fly: Again, sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, spread arms to each side, level with your shoulders. Continuing to hold arms at shoulder height, bend elbows and bring wrists toward your chest. Hold about 2 seconds before returning to the starting position
